THE BUCKET

The St Barths Bucket Regatta is far more than a sailing race. Every March, the turquoise waters of Saint Barthélemy become the stage for one of the world's most prestigious gatherings of sailing superyachts. Born from a tradition of sportsmanship and camaraderie, the Bucket celebrates not only performance under sail but also the timeless elegance of these extraordinary vessels. Since arriving in St Barth in 1995, the regatta has become an iconic event, where engineering, wind and sea meet in perfect harmony.

Through the language of Fine Art photography, each image moves beyond the sporting event to reveal something more enduring: the sculptural beauty of carbon masts, the tension of sails filled with trade winds, the interplay of light and shadow across polished hulls, and the quiet poetry that exists between movement and stillness.

The yachts become monumental works of design, suspended between sea and sky, while the ocean itself becomes a minimalist canvas on which light paints fleeting masterpieces.

These are not simply photographs of sailing yachts. They are timeless studies of elegance, power and balance—moments where nature and human craftsmanship briefly achieve perfect harmony, transformed into Fine Art prints created to live far beyond the regatta itself.
