BLACK AND WILD SAINT-TROPEZ
St Tropez est devenu St Trop dès 1950, quand le monde artistique et intellectuel parisien, envoûté par le charme du petit port, descendait à St Trop pour l'été. S'y croisaient sur le port Sagan, Picasso, Prévert et beaucoup d'autres. Le mythe s'est accentué avec l'arrivée de Brigitte Bardot dans les années 60, elle y est installée depuis plus de 20 ans.
St Tropez became St Trop in 1950 when the artistic and intellectual world of Paris, enchanted by the charm of the little port, came to spend the summer in St Trop. Sagan, Picasso, Prévert and many others crossed paths in the harbour. The myth grew with the arrival of Brigitte Bardot in the 1960s, who lived here for more than 20 years.
